Overview
Managers need to develop the resilience to respond to the changes, demands and challenges of the workplace. They need to be mentally fit. This program has been developed in response to managers who are seeking to learn more about mental fitness through considering personal energy levels, mental acuity and operating in the peak performance zone. The program also considers the impact of stress, diet and sleep quality on mental fitness.
