Conflict Resolution
Overview
This program is designed to enhance conflict resolution skills by examining what conflict is and how conflict affects people. Participants will examine positive and negative conflicts and decide how they can deal with conflict in their work and personal lives. The program will examine some basic communication strategies and will promote the development of negotiation and influencing skills.

Managers, specialists, project managers and professionals who feel that their response to conflict situations could be improved, including managers, project managers, supervisors and human resource managers.
